Greetings and salutations, fellow fantasy lovers.

I’m Abbey, an independent author based in Brisbane, Australia, with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Creative Writing from Southern Cross University in Lismore. For the past ten years, I’ve worked in a variety of teaching roles, from teaching English as a second language to serving a term as a high school Japanese teacher and spending time as a primary school substitute teacher. However, my heart has always returned to writing and the dream of becoming a fully fledged author.

This site is dedicated to that dream: sharing my stories with the world. The GOBLINS series was born from the imagination of my ten-year-old self and has grown over the years into an epic fantasy trilogy—one that would have delighted younger me, and which I hope will also delight the child within anyone longing for an exciting, perilous adventure filled with lovable characters... and a few you'll love to hate.

 

Presently, Goblins: The Sword and the Serpent is scheduled for release in 2026.
